Your new role

  • Involve and participate in all the tender procedures and acquisition process for government entities when purchasing medical devices
  • Handle the distribution channels and operations for medical products in the local market, preferably from known distributors in the market
  • Understand the financial reports and computer processes to operate the system Understanding inventory and operation controls
  • Focus on the monthly results and plan achievement of major business indicators
  • Have knowledge of product registration procedures and requirements, quality control traceability and recall handling
  • Overseeing all our subsidiaries and building long-term customer relationships, leading to consistent achievement of sales and profit goals.
  • Increase sales and profitability and achieve sales objectives
  • Hire new staff when required and accomplish sales and profit goals
  • Establish a clear strategy and accurate forecast and execute plans
  • Monitor sales activities, inventory levels, and sales figures
  • Work closely with the management to generate growth and new market share in products
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

What you need to succeed

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 10 - 15 years of experience in the medical device industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • A positive and proactive attitude
