Your new role

• Provide strategic planning and resourcing for Talent Acquisition to effectively respond to business needs.
• Implement sourcing strategies to identify relevant candidates for active vacancies.
• Plan and manage Employer Branding strategies to help build brand image and reputation.
• Initiate and operate ‘Management Training’ program from end to end.
• Work closely with line managers to know their requirements regarding open positions and job descriptions.
• Manage the effectiveness of search & selection processes, interview candidates, shortlist applicants, and propose salary packages for offers of employment.
• Coordinate with universities and colleges in relation to targeted hires.
• Improve new media such as online through social media platforms for job advertisements.
• Train and motivate subordinates to have positive attitudes and increase productivity.
• Coordinate with outsource agencies to maximise recruitment services for open positions.
• Evaluate and make suggestions on how to improve performance and achieve the KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6 - 8 years of direct experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong background in Employer Branding.
• Exposure in a MNC, FMCG or Trade.
• Proficient in English communication, both speaking and writing.
• Data analytics and presentation skills.
