Brand Manager

You’ll be part of a leading and ambitious FMCG company in the consumer goods sector, aiming to rise as one of the top regional brands. They are seeking talented individuals to join their diverse and dynamic team to ensure a successful product launch.

Your new role

  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager in overseeing the brand's product portfolio, discovering new opportunities, and formulating strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans that align with consumer insights to meet brand goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as product development, sales, trade, design, procurement, and e-commerce to ensure successful product launches and manage existing products.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions with external entities, including agencies, business partners, and production houses.
  • Efficiently plan and monitor budget expenditures, adjusting as necessary.
  • Increase awareness of new product or campaign launches and monitor their performance alongside competitors' activities.
  • Supervise the New Product Development (NPD) process with the product development team, creating product concepts and strategies to meet business goals.
  • Analyse the results of marketing campaigns and produce detailed reports.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about customer trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels.

    What you need to succeed

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Mass Communication, Faculty of Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communication, or related fields, including 1–2 years of team management experience.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office, Mac, Typing, Excel, Numbers, Report Creation, and Presentation.
  • Advanced skills in presenting information.
  • Strong judgment, analytical abilities, and a basic to intermediate understanding of the beauty and FMCG industries.
  • A passion for cosmetics and beauty.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
  • Enjoys discussing and sharing new ideas with team members.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Thai and English.
  • Creative, energetic, result-driven, adaptable to change, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create product or creative briefs for new project launches.
  • Soft skills: Communication, negotiation, analysis, common sense, and an aesthetic sense for art.
  • Skills in photography or video would be advantageous.
